As Assistant Principal/Director of Teaching and Learning, I work with every member of staff across our College to promote excellence in the classroom. My vision is to encourage collaboration across our learning community to ensure our young people are the best they can possibly be. And of course, our staff also strive as classroom practitioners, to be the best they can be. In the words of Peter Drucker:
“Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to high sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.”
